Heblex block or AAC

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) or lightweight concrete block is also called porous concrete. The components of this block are silica, lime, cement, aluminum powder and water.

The production process

In the production line of the AAC block, there are three silos for the storage of silica, lime and cement, which enter into the production line at certain intervals. In the first step, the materials such as silica and water (wet) and lime and cement (dry) are mixed and transferred to the mold section. After chemical interactions, molds are filled and transferred to the foundry line. Molds are coated with mazut to prevent adhesion. After controlling and testing, they are carried out to the cutting line. In order to have a smooth surface, the outer surface of the mold is removed. Depending on the consumer’s demand, first the cutting process is done on width and then it is done on length by cutting machine. After finishing this step, the molds enter to the autoclave section and cook at 200 ° C and under the pressure of 12 atmospheres.
