The difference between wet press and vibrating press concrete machine

The wetpress machine is used to produce a variety of high density products such as curbstone, paver and related products.
The products made by a linear wet press, have unique characteristics like high compressive strength, abrasion resistance.
In addition to this, these products have quality parameters which are not possible in another process. The moulds of different types of products can be specifically developed according to the specific requirements of the customer.
The vacuum system attached to the top of the machine, has created an option for removable filters, which ensures the output of water (without cement) through the product during the pressing function.
Other advantages:
Small products with high endurance
The best level to finish the production
Practical for a small amount
The disadvantages of wet press curbstones:
1. Over time and in freezing situation, Cracks are appeared because of using wet material.
The disadvantages of wet press concrete machines:
1. It is not economical based on number of production
2. Low productivity
A) The maximum number of curbstones are 400 in single station and 800 in three stations.
3. High water consumption
4. The specialist can do the repairs and maintenance of the wet press system.
Vibrating press concrete machine:
The vibrating press machine is used for production of all kinds of concrete curbstone, street paver, block (Leca-cement), and flower box. Diversity in the production of concrete products is one of the tip points of this system in relation to manufactured systems, which is the result of high production and cost apportionment. These will cause profitability and timely fulfillment of obligations and the high quality of manufactured products. It is the ever-leading movement in machine industry. All German companies have focused on this product, they have extensive studies on this kind of machinery.
Function of the machine: the density is added to the product simultaneously through vibration and press produced by the equipment of moulding.
The end of the process is formed by hydraulic pressure.
The final product is unloaded directly from the machine.
The outlet and transportation of the final product is done on a pallet.
Advantages
1. Quick compression by vibration and additional hydraulic pressure
2. The water-to-cement ratio is low so the strength of most concrete productions is high.
3. Short circulation time and fast compression and direct unloading process
4. Various shaping equipment for small and large products with the capacity to produce more than 1300 concrete products.
5. Effective production with all requirements up to a full-automatic production system
6.Very high production circle in a working shift
7. Compressive strength up to at least twice of the approved standard.
8. The ability to produce various types of concrete products, such as blocks (cement – leca – pumice), Different types of street curbstones (curbstone – canivo) and street pavers.
9. easy to maintain and work with the system
